  • Add sausage and pork belly. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and add water. Let it boil.
  • Incorporate Knorr Pork cube. Stir and cook for one minute.
  • Add bihon noodles. Cover the pot, and continue cooking until the pasta starts to melt.
  • Add oyster sauce. Stir till all the ingredients are evenly dispersed.
  • Add dried shrimp and snap peas, cabbage, snap peas, and carrots. Toss. Cook for 7 minutes.
  • Spice up with black pepper, ground, and soy sauce if you need it.
  • Arrange the platter on a serving tray, and decorate with chopped Lechon Kawali.
  • Serve with lime slices or Calamansi. Enjoy and share!
