- 1 1/2 lbs. Cubed squash
- 18 pieces string beans cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 Piece Knorr Pork Cube
- 3 ounces pork cut into small pieces and preferably boiled
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 piece onion cut
- 2 thumbs ginger cut into strips
- 5 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- To taste fish sauce
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add the pork. Add pork and cook until crispy.
Sauté garlic, onion,ginger.
When the onion is softened, add the coconut milk to the saucepan. Mix. Let the liquid boil for 5 minutes. Cover the pan. After the liquid has boiled, turn up the heat to medium and boil for another 5 minutes.
As needed, with fish sauce and ground black pepper
Transfer the mixture to a plate. Serve with warm rice
Add Knorr Pork Cubes and squash. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add string beans. Cook for 5-8 minutes.
