• 3 Tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups fresh milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1-ounce grated parmesan cheese
• 2 1 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

1- Make the elbow macaroni following the instructions provided in the package. be sure to cut the cooking time to ensure that the macaroni does not get cooked to perfection (the macaroni is fully cooked when it is baked) Then drain it and put it aside.
